Roadworthy inspection

In New South Wales, we are fully authorised to carry out both Pink Slip and Blue Slip inspections on motor vehicles, ensuring your vehicle meets all required safety and registration standards

A Pink Slip (eSafety Check) is an annual safety inspection required for light vehicles that are more than five years old before registration renewal. During this inspection, we assess key safety components including brakes, tyres, suspension, steering, lights, seatbelts, and overall vehicle condition. Once the vehicle passes, the inspection result is submitted electronically to Transport for NSW, allowing you to complete your registration renewal.

A Blue Slip (Authorised Unregistered Vehicle Inspection Scheme – AUVIS) is a more comprehensive inspection required for vehicles that are unregistered, have been defected, are being re-registered after a lapse, or are being registered in NSW from interstate. This inspection involves a detailed identity and compliance check in addition to the safety assessment, ensuring the vehicle meets all regulatory standards.
